A partner at Dannemann Siemsen, where he has been working since 1993. He has a postgraduate degree in Copyright and Related Rights from King's College, London University and a master’s degree in Intellectual Property from Boston University, Massachusetts.
He has worked in the administrative and judicial areas for more than 30 years, representing local and foreign clients in intellectual property matters, with emphasis on the management of large trademark portfolios as well as advising on copyright issues, protection against acts of unfair competition, evaluation and maintenance of trade secrets, software protection, contracts, digital law and related segments.
