Its lawyers, in addition to having excellent academic training and complete mastery of arbitration and mediation techniques, including in the pre-arbitration phase, are fully familiar with the rules and procedures of the main arbitration and mediation centres in Brazil and abroad, as well as having experience in judicial measures to support extrajudicial dispute resolution.
