Dannemann Siemsen's DS Diversity Program, led by partner Rafaela Borges Carneiro, was recognized with the Análise DNA+Fenalaw 2025 Award - Silver category, presented during Fenalaw 2025, the largest legal event in Latin America.
The award ceremony took place on October 23, when partner Filipe Fonteles Cabral received the certificate. Partner Peter Eduardo Siemsen, leader of the ESG Group, also represented the firm.
Now in its fourth edition, the Análise DNA+Fenalaw Award reinforces the partnership between Análise Editorial and Fenalaw in promoting best practices in corporate law. In 2025, the award received 405 cases from law firms and 188 from legal departments, recognizing 263 and 87 initiatives, respectively, after careful evaluation by a specialized jury.
The recognition of the DS Diversity Program highlights Dannemann Siemsen's commitment to promoting a plural, equitable, and inclusive work environment, contributing to a more representative and humane legal practice.
