Filipe is a lawyer, partner and head of the Data Protection team at Dannemann Siemsen in Brazil.
He holds a master's degree in law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and a doctorate from the same university, with a thesis on artificial intelligence and patent law.
Filipe is also the author of the book ‘Personal Data Protection in Corporate Activities’, published in 2019 (Lumen Juris).
He is Chairman of ASIPI's Technology Committee (2024-2025) and Vice-Chairman of INTA's Data Protection Committee (2024-2025).
