Bruno Holfinger is a lawyer and telecommunications engineer having graduated from
the Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ), with specialisation in Telecommunications
and Computer Systems from the University of Oviedo (UNIOVI) in Spain, industrial
property agent and partner at the Dannemann Siemsen firm, where he has been since
1998, and he has expertise in telecommunications, electronics, software,
nanotechnology and technologies in the area of health and hygiene, working in the
patent litigation and administrative spheres, industrial designs, software and unfair
competition.
He also has a postgraduate degree in Sports Law.
Bruno has dedicated himself to the North American and Asian markets, mainly Japan,
South Korea and China, and is "local representative" of Brazil at ItechLaw. He is also a
professor at the Brazilian Association of Industrial Property Agents (ABAPI) and is a
member of important associations such as ABPI, APAA, ASIPI, CCIBC, AMCHAM-RJ,
CREA-RJ, ITechLaw, OAB-RJ and OAB-SP.
