The results of the anti-counterfeiting and anti-piracy enforcement actions carried out in 2025 exceeded all expectations. Throughout the year, approximately 850 companies were targeted by our operations, resulting in the seizure of more than 4.5 million illicit products and directly impacting structured production, distribution, and commercialization chains. 

Our efforts were strategic, integrated, and nationally coordinated, reaching 75 cities across nearly all Brazilian states. The operations encompassed multiple product categories, notably including electronics, apparel, footwear, perfumes, cosmetics, eyewear, automotive parts, accessories, beverages and other consumer products. 

The measures adopted enabled not only the immediate suppression of identified infringements, but also the disruption of illicit logistics networks, the prevention of counterfeit products entering the market, and the strengthening of administrative, civil, and criminal enforcement mechanisms at the national level. Collectively, these actions ensured effective protection of consumer safety and intellectual property rights.
