With a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and a law degree from the same alma mater, Tatiana has been working in strategic civil litigation since 2018, joining Dannemann Siemsen in 2023. She has experience in complex litigation and arbitration, with a special focus on patents and unfair competition, largely in protecting the interests of clients in life sciences.
Tatiana is certified by the Brazilian Association of Industrial Property Agents (ABAPI) for completing an extension course focused on the administrative processing of patents, industrial designs and other industrial property rights.
