She has a degree in Law from the Candido Mendes University and a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure from the FGV and PUC/RJ faculties, has built up an extensive practice in civil litigation before the Brazilian courts. Roberta serves national and international clients from the most varied segments of industry: food and beverages, auto and automotive, banks and capital goods, electronics and technologies, entertainment and media, pharmaceutical, hygiene and cosmetics, and marketing and advertising, among others.
She also takes part in important associations such as ASIPI, ABPI, ABAPI and OAB-RJ. And she is member of the Anti-Counterfeiting Working Committee.
