Resilience as a differential in the analysis and defence of clients' interests, in or out of court
Graduated in Law from the Centro Universitário do Distrito Federal (UDF) and specialized in Procedural and Constitutional Law from the Instituto Brasiliense Direito Público (IDP). He has worked for more than fifteen years before the STF and STJ, in strategic litigation in the areas of civil and commercial law, administrative law and public tenders, advisory and preventive law, defending clients from a wide range of economic sectors: trademarks, patents, unfair competition, copyright, software, franchises, biotechnology applicable to agriculture, new cultivars, educational law, among others.
For his notorious work before the Supreme Courts, in 2024 he was awarded the HOMENS OF HONOR Medal and Commendation by the Brazilian Academy of Science, Arts and Literature (ABRASCI) in the Knightly Grade of Commander, which aims to value those who contribute to the development and improvement of Brazil, and the Professional Merit medal.
He is also a member of the Intellectual Property Commission of the OAB-DF.
