She is an attorney at Dannemann Siemsen, with a practice focused on regulated sectors, particularly the pharmaceutical, medical devices, and food industries. With experience in intellectual property, health regulation, and strategic civil litigation, she advises domestic and international clients on the protection of intangible assets, such as patents, and on addressing regulatory and competitive challenges.

She began her career at the firm in 2016 and developed her professional trajectory within multidisciplinary teams, participating in complex litigation, regulatory feasibility assessments, preparation of technical legal opinions, and representation of clients before authorities such as the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (ANVISA), the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI), and the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAPA). Her practice combines technical and scientific knowledge with a pragmatic business-oriented approach, supporting legal strategies that take into account product life cycles and market challenges.

She also contributes to specialized publications and international guides, including the Chambers Global Practice Guide – Psychedelic Medicines 2024 and the Guide to Life Sciences: Key Issues for Senior Life Sciences Executives 2025 published by IAM, reflecting her interest in innovative and cutting-edge topics within the life sciences field.
