Graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo, Marina took an extension course at the Franklin Pierce Law Center (United States), has a post-graduate degree in Economics and Business Law from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV-SP) and was awarded a scholarship to study Private International Law in Japan.
Marina assists national and international clients from a wide range of economic sectors, such as: Commerce, Energy, Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Automotive and Auto Parts, Construction, Electrical and Electronics, Machinery and Equipment, Specialized Services, among others.
She is a member of important associations such as ABAPI, ABPI, ASIPI, INTA, the Japanese Chamber, Swisscam, OAB-RJ and OAB-SP, where she sits on the legal and trademarks committees; Director of Institutional Relations at ASPI and Professor of the Latu Sensu specialization course in Intellectual Property, Entertainment, Media and Fashion Law at ESA - Escola Superior de Advocacia da OAB/SP.
