With a Law degree from UFRJ, awarded with a diploma of academic distinction (magna cum laude), Letícia is a lawyer with experience in dispute prevention, consultancy and civil litigation (judicial and administrative) and arbitration – especially seeking to resolve conflicts involving trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyright, unfair competition, trade names, contracts, franchises and consumer rights.
She represents domestic and foreign clients in various industry segments: food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, education, entertainment, cosmetics, tobacco, among others.
At university, she developed special interest in civil procedure, having been a ‘Civil Practice’ tutor and participating in research groups. She was a trainee at the ‘AGU’ (Attorney General’s Office), as well as at major law firms, where she acquired part of her professional experience.
