Henrique has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Fluminense Federal University and in Law from the Paulista University. He is a specialist in Patents and Technology Transfer from the Franklin Pierce Law Center (United States).
Former president and current member of the council of the Paulista Intellectual Property Association (ASPI). He is a member of the Intellectual Property Committee at the OAB.
He is also a member of important associations such as FICPI, ABAPI, ABPI, ASPI and OAB-SP.
