With over 18 years’ experience in Intellectual Property, he graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro and constantly works with a significant clientele in the audio-visual, games and music segment, dealing with complex lawsuits involving Entertainment Law.
He has extensive experience in managing large Trademark portfolios. He also advises clients on Contracts, Advertising Law, Digital Law and Copyright, and a strong presence in litigation.
He teaches Copyrights on the extension courses “Entertainment Law” and “Copyright for Authors and Screenwriters” at Rio de Janeiro State University - UERJ.
He is a member of the Right of Publicity Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
He takes part in other important associations such as the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI), the Brazilian Association of Industrial Property Agents (ABAPI) and the Brazilian Bar Association in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo (OAB-RJ/ OAB-SP).
