Master in Intellectual Property Law from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in partnership with the Turin University of Law. Postgraduate in Intellectual Property Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). Graduated in Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ).
She has been practicing before the courts for more than 10 years in litigation involving intellectual property rights, especially in the areas of trademarks, unfair competition, copyright, software, ambush marketing and digital law. She also works in the area of strategic consultancy and administrative litigation, assisting national and international clients in protecting and exercising their intellectual property rights.
