Partner since 2016, Rodrigo graduated from Mackenzie Presbyterian University School of Law and has been involved and contributed in the department since he joined the firm in 2008 coming from an in-house experience in Sanofi.
Rodrigo has large and valuable experience representing a number of the most relevant domestic and international companies of the pharmaceutical, food and healthcare industries involving Life Sciences and Intellectual Property litigation and advisory.
He is well familiarised with the challenges of the Life Sciences and Intellectual Property fields, always coming around with creative solutions and strategies, being the co-creator of Project Constellation®. He is co-author of the book ANDA Litigation: Strategies and Tactics for Pharmaceutical Patent Litigators - chapter 18 – Pharmaceutical Regulation and Litigation in Foreign Countries.
