With a degree in Law from Rio de Janeiro Federal University, he has a postgraduate degree in Law from the Superior School Foundation at the Public Defender’s Office in Rio de Janeiro State, Data Protection Officer – Data Protection and Privacy from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation School of Law in Rio de Janeiro, Project Management - PMI methodology from Green Rabbit, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Integrated Management from IAG at the Pontifical Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro (PUC/RJ).
Roberto works as a consultant in the area of IP and institutional relations with INPI; In addition, he is currently a Director at the Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property Agents and takes part in important associations such as the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI) and the Brazilian Bar Association in Rio de Janeiro State (OAB-RJ).
