With more than 20 years’ experience in Intellectual Property, Roberta X. S. Calazans is a lawyer, industrial property agent and partner at Dannemann Siemsen.
Having graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro-PUC-RJ, she has a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from Estácio de Sá University, serves national and foreign clients from the most varied sectors in industry at the administrative and judicial spheres, as well as supervising a team of lawyers, trainees, employees, assistants and paralegals.
She participates in important associations such as ABAPI, ABPI, ASIPI, INTA and OAB-RJ. Roberta is Chair of the Latin American and Caribbean Subcommittee of INTA's Unreal Campaign, a project aimed at raising consumer awareness and educating young people aged 14 to 23 about the importance of trademarks and brands and the dangers of buying counterfeit products.
In recognition of her work, she has been mentioned numerous times in national and international publications, such as: Chambers & Partners (Global editions 2014-2015 and Latin America 2014-2015), Análise Advocacia (2020-2024), Análise Advocacia Mulher (2021-2024), and Leaders League (2019-2021).
