A degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University in Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), with an MBA in Business Law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in Rio de Janeiro, he works in the area of trademarks, copyright, competition law, judicial litigation, contracts, advertising law, domain names, software and Information Technology (IT), in Brazil and abroad (knowledge of rules in different countries in the area of intellectual property). He takes part in important associations such as ABAPI, ABPI, ASIPI, INTA and OAB-RJ. Currently, he takes care of large portfolios (in different fields) in Brazil and abroad.
In recognition of his work, he was mentioned in the publication Análise Advocacia 500 - Most Admired Lawyer 2016-2025. Similarly, he was also recognized by renowned international institutions – Legal 500 (2021), World Trademark Review 2023-2025, and LACCA 2023-2025.
