Natalia holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in Intellectual Property from the Magister Lvcentinvs at the University of Alicante - Spain.
She has been with the firm for over 20 years, always working in the Patent Litigation team working with complex and multijurisdiction litigation, including Standard-Essential Patent (SEP) cases.
She co-authored the ‘Brazil’ section of the Mondaq Global Patent Litigation Comparative Guide, published in 2024.
She is a Leader of ChIPs Network Brazil Chapter, a member of associations such as the ABA, AAAML, ABPI, and OAB/RJ.
