Gabriel is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC-PR). He holds a law degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He was an Erasmus exchange student at the Università di Roma “La Sapienza”, in Italy. Certified Accounting Technician from the Júlio de Mesquita Technical School (ETEC).
As a complement to his academic background, Gabriel holds a certificate from the General Course on Intellectual Property offered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
Gabriel has experience handling Intellectual Property litigation of varying complexity. His practice focuses on trademark area, providing legal advice to domestic and international clients on building, defending, and managing their respective trademark portfolios across a wide range of market segments, particularly electronics, technology, pharmaceuticals, tobacco products, food, industrial, and premium goods.
He also maintains an interest in unconventional trademarks, geographical indications, industrial designs, domain names, copyright and related rights, and artificial intelligence.
