Graduated in Law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, he works in pre-litigation and civil litigation involving intellectual property rights, with a focus on patents, industrial designs, trademarks, unfair competition, trade dress and cultivars.
He also works in the areas of strategic consultancy and administrative litigation, helping clients to protect and exercise their intellectual property rights.
