Frank Fischer, electronic engineer and industrial property agent, has been a partner of the Dannemann Siemsen firm since 2003. He completed a specialization course at the Franklin Pierce Law Center (United States) and has a post-graduate degree in Business Law.
Frank works in the patent, industrial design, software and unfair competition areas, attending to national and foreign clients from the most varied economic sectors, such as: Electrical and Electronic, Refrigeration, Packaging, Technologies in the Health area and Services, among others.
He specializes in the preparation, processing, infringement risk assessment, and management of patent and industrial design portfolios in Brazil, as well as providing technical assistance in lawsuits. Additionally, he has extensive experience working abroad in South and North America, Europe, and Asia, having handled applications in 86 jurisdictions through various routes, including International, Regional, Validation, and Direct filing
He participates in important associations such as ABAPI, ABPI, ASPI, GRUR and also Amcham-Brazil, where he is currently the coordinator of the Intellectual Property Working Group (GT).
Frank frequently lectures at the Brazilian Association of Industrial Property Agents – ABAPI on IP related topics.
He was cited in the publication IAM Patent 1000, 2017-2024, for his commitment and great ability to analyze legal issues carefully, in addition to the publication IAM Strategy 300 in the 2019 - 2024 editions of the ""The World Leading IP Strategists"" ranking, and in the publication IAM Strategy 300 Global Leaders of 2021-2025.
