He has a special interest in the area of law and new technologies and is a speaker on topics related to technology at national and international events.
He has a degree in law from PUC-Rio, is specialised in civil procedural law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation FGV-RJ and has a master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Competition Law from the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC), in Germany.
