Electrical Engineer specialising in Computing and Telecommunications – Estácio de Sá University, with a postgraduate qualification in Telecommunications Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), a specialisation in Computer Networks from PUC-Rio, and a qualification as an Electronics Technician from the Federal Technical School of Rio de Janeiro (CEFET).
He worked for 35 years at Embratel/Claro in various areas. He was involved in the Rio 2016 Olympic Project as Telecommunications Manager at three competition venues in the Deodoro Cluster: WWS, BMX and MBT, leading the teams responsible for activating the various services provided by Embratel, such as LAN, WAN and WLAN networks, as well as fixed and mobile telephony. He was Technical Manager at Embratel, leading the teams responsible for managing the roll-out of telecommunications network and service projects for key clients.
He has been working at the Dannemann Siemsen office since 2025, where he seeks to deepen his knowledge of intellectual property, practising in patent litigation, administrative proceedings and industrial designs in the fields of electricity, electronics, telecommunications, metallurgy, steelmaking and industrial equipment, amongst others.
