Mastery of the rules of the game, expertise in mechanics, dialogue with the navigator, knowledge about peers, and passion for driving. It is the combination of these factors that will achieve the best result. This is what I believe.

Participation in congresses, symposia and lectures. More than 11 (eleven) years’ experience in strategic dispute resolution, especially involving trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyright, regulatory law, pharmaceutical law, contracts, franchises, unfair competition, trade names, biotechnology and consumer rights. Caio also serves national and international clients, from various segments of industry: pharmaceutical, electronics and technologies, hygiene and cosmetics, marketing and advertising, clothing, food and beverages and entertainment and media, among others.
