On May 7, Dannemann Siemsen, in partnership with Yara Brasil Fertilizantes, organised the virtual event “Agribusiness Fraud”.

Moderated by our partner Gustavo Morais, and with partners Jose Henrique Werner and Roberto Sant´Anna taking part, the webinar aimed to find solutions to minimise the impact of criminal activity that affects a sector which is evidently important for the economy and society.

Werner and Roberto were debaters on the panel “How to Identify, Investigate and Suppress Agribusiness Fraud”. In addition, Gianfranco Cinelli and Rafael Marson (General Counsel and Senior Manager of Corporate Security at Yara Brasil Fertilizantes) spoke about “Legal Management & Risk Control in Combating Fraud”.

The debates, which lasted about two hours, took place online and produced enlightening content for all who took part.
