Dannemann Siemsen is a pro bono partner in the BTG Soma project, a social acceleration program by BTG Pactual Bank which is in line with the firm’s ESG policy. This project seeks to strengthen the management and financial sustainability of social organizations through training and mentoring.

Through BTG Soma, over 100 hours of training, mentoring and workshops are offered on topics such as marketing, strategic planning, business models, finance, impact assessment, expansion proposals and fundraising, with experts in the field and volunteers from BTG Pactual, contributing to social transformation and generating a more sustainable and independent ecosystem.

In all, 12 projects are supported by Dannemann Siemsen, focusing on environmental conservation, organic agriculture, inclusive actions for people with disabilities, arts, professional training for young people living in favelas and on the fringes in situations of social vulnerability, among others. Like the pro bono work offered to BTG Soma, Dannemann Siemsen supports projects that promote inclusion, diversity, and social and environmental responsibility as ways to inspire transformation in our society.
